Today was a full day of watery activity. We started off with a lesson about the importance of water. Most of us do not know but actually, 30% of all fresh water is stored under the ground. Although it is harder to contaminate, polluted water is very difficult to clean. As more and more people crowd our planet, we becoming increasingly thirsty. There is no better reason to start saving our water, action today will paint the picture for the future. At Phumelelani Primary, we take water saving very seriously. We plan to organise a Water Awareness Compaign to encourage the community to use water wisely.

One of the " bring home" message of today lessons was- "Clean Air, Clean Water means a healthy environment to support healthy, happy people"
