7701 litres collected!!
7701 litres collected!!

On Friday last week we completed our month long challenge to collect as much greywater as possible in each class.   A MASSIVE well done to all of the Manor Gardens Primary School community.  We managed to collect a whopping 7701 litres of greywater!!!  This water was used to water our school grounds and so, what could have been lost was returned to our underground water system.  Fantastic!  These efforts were particularly impressive given that our school is small (about 400 children).  An extra big CONGRATS to Grade 2O and Grade 4MC who won the civvies days in the different phases.  They brought in 589.5 litres and 1410 litres respectively.  (Photos to follow).
